why im not first ?

Ranking factors go beyond domain authority and keyword density. Google's algorithm considers user experience, site speed, mobile friendliness, and especially the quality of inbound links.

just in addition to what @maxmayer said, DA is a 3rd party metric - though it's well known and used in the SEO, but it's still 3rd party metric.
i'm not saying it's not accurate nor anything else, just remember it's not a Google metric, so it's only a reference to ranking in Google.

On the other hand, the DA 20 site may have more weight or reputation (whatever calls) on certain search terms, the DA45 one has it's own outranking search term as well, so, it's not reasonable higher DA site gets everything outranking than DA20 site.
Or, you change to a different location, e.g. different city in france, you may get different result.
etc.

Exactly, and your competitor might be ranking higher because other websites are linking to theirs or their website works faster

I am not an expert but I know that DA is just one of many factors Google and other search engines use to determine ranking! Your competitors may have stronger backlink profile (from relevant websites) also optimizing your website and your UX can help.
But I visited your website and that of your competitor and noticed that not all your social media redirection buttons are working. Everything can play a role in optimizing your ranking!
Bonne chance

It is not only about DA , Google prioritize Quality Content , User Search Intent , On-page , Authoritative backlink profile etc...

Domain Authority is One of the Aspect, Various Factors Includes . Search engine algorithms are constantly evolving, updates regularly. Your competitor's website may Benefits from recent algorithm changes.

Nobody can tell you why you aren't ranked in X position. Algorithms aren't public knowledge. Only Google knows for a fact.

@clubreseau As you have shared the information, it seems like you have a strong foundation for the website's ranking for the keyword "tout pour la fete" on Google.fr considering the meta title and description and blogs are optimized for tout pour la fete.

Although many factors impact the google search ranking results and DA is only one of them. I can see your competitor has a good domain age compared to yours(google doesn't consider this anymore), your backlinks profile and your competitor's backlinks profile are both strong but they have more unique websites linked with them compared to yours so this can be improved.

Here are other suggestions that can be done to help you gain over your competitor

- Make sure your website's content is well-optimized for the keyword "tout pour la fete"(You have said it is already good). But this includes not only the meta title and description but also the actual content on your website. Make sure the keyword appears naturally(This is important) within your content, headings, and image alt tags

- You can continue creating high-quality blog articles related to "tout pour la fete". Since your competitor lacks blog content as you have said, this gives you an opportunity to improve valuable and informative articles that target the keyword.

- Again, Focus on building high-quality backlinks from good authoritative websites within your niche. Since your domain authority is higher than your competitor's, you have an advantage in attracting quality backlinks. You can reach out to relevant websites, and bloggers for guest posting opportunities.

- You can improve the site's performance on mobile as I have checked your competitors are better in this aspect. It will provide good user experience and retention of potential users.

- Since you're targeting Google.fr, make sure your website is optimized for local SEO. This includes claiming and optimizing your Google My Business listing, ensuring consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) information across online directories, and get local citations.

And it is important to stay patient and consistent with your efforts, It can take time to see the effects.

200+? That's like saying there are more than 6 thousand people living in the US, technically true but way, WAY off.
