Why I use vps sign up adwords fail?

possible reasons:
- vps's ip is already used to create adwords account
- improper billing info (cc, name ???)
- your ad text or your keyword trigger manual review system (for example they monitor health niche very strictly). their automated bot is smart and it know what you are trying to promote.
- your landing page didnt pass automated system and get in to manual review system.
- high daily budget or high bid in a fresh account also trigger manual review

personally i dont recommend using VPS to create adword account with vouchers. you can buy or get many vouchers as you want but the number of VPS's IP is limited, you cant request hosting provider give you new ip several times a day.

And if you ask your hosting provider to give you new ip to be added to the system becasue it is easier that change your main ip instead.
And thanks i am still optimistic about making many account with the vps provider becsue it is not so famous and i believe than none from their ip range have already make some adwords account..
