It worked - until it didn’t.
One day, the BM got restricted. No warning. Just like that, everything was frozen: my ad accounts, my pages, my pixel. Revenue dropped to zero overnight.

That’s when I realized something I wish I had known earlier:

One disabled BM = full system shutdown

  • I had no backup
  • Couldn’t launch new campaigns
  • Appeal took too long - and didn’t work

What I did differently after that

I rebuilt the system using multiple Business Managers, each one handling a different product line or region.
  • Each BM had its own domain, pixel, and fanpage
  • I ran small warm-up campaigns to build history
  • I always kept one spare BM as a safety net

How many BMs can you have?

  • Most personal Facebook accounts can create 2 BMs
  • With activity and good history, you may get access to 5+ BMs
  • Some use agency or aged accounts to expand further
(But don’t go mass-creating BMs - I learned that the hard way too)

Mistakes I made (so you don’t have to)

  • Rushed to create too many BMs → got flagged
  • Reused flagged pages or domains → carried over bad history
  • Cross-assigned the same pixel across BMs
  • Didn’t verify my BMs early → limited ad account slots

I’m not claiming to be an expert. Just sharing lessons from being burned.

I learned the hard way - one banned BM shut down my whole system. No backups, no ads, zero revenue.
Since then, I split products across multiple BMs, each with separate pixel, domain, and page. Always keep a spare BM.
Key lesson: Don’t rely on just one BM. Build smart and stay ready.
