I always tracked prices and indicators, but never what I felt. When I finally started journaling emotions with trades frustration, hesitation, pride,I saw clear patterns. My mistakes weren’t random; they were moods in disguise.

Now, my trading journal reads more like self-therapy. The data matters, but mindset tells the truth first.

Charts show numbers; notes show patterns.
Do you track your trades or your thoughts behind them?

It is a good idea to track trades . It will give real picture of performance setting aside emotions.

tracking your emotions alongside your trades turns market noise into personal insight, revealing patterns no chart ever could.

yeah, when i'm doing stupid sh!t, i write that down. half of the time, i reconsider my decisions and the next half goes for lowering the risk.
thoughts are not real until you put them on paper. and when you do, sometimes it helps to avoid losses, which technically is a win.
