They will be back. I'd say around Sept.
the IQ is up or not ?Just 1 correction, imho.
Qi gong, neikung, meditation were all developed as sciences to explore the mind's relation with the sub- and the super-conscious (mind). Period.
In meditation you try to tame the mind, tie it down or move out of its hold, free yourself, so it doesn't distract, and then 'you' move deeper.
My IQ (what's that?) falls short in understanding the simple meaning of your point!the IQ is up or not ?
People can't sit still for more than a few seconds without reaching for their phones, it is too much to expect them to have the patience needed for experiencing meditation and its benefits .Actually, it changes your whole argument. You claimed there was no evidence. This is false.
In fact your tired old argument goes back to question #1.
The fact is, whether you like it or not, the evidence is there. It's really not any different from arguing with me about whether or not lightning is real - do the meditations for yourself, experiment, read related studies and find out.
It's really not that hard. Seriously.
As to why people don't bother practicing and investigating - I don't know and don't care anymore.
