Why I get less installs counted on a PPI network?

Hello everyone, i don't know why, but i've got total "435" downloads for the past 2 days, but the PPI network says its just 254
Why? does the PPI networks don't count downloads for some reason? they are all 100% real from fake niche in youtube, (download games, cracked apps..)

Probably they are stealing from you, which company is it?

Not every downloader installs or opens the PPI installer.

how? i dont think someone who searched a video, viewed it, downloaded the file and after all won't open it O_O

It can happen but at that rate is really weird.

when users download from your link and open the .exe, they will asked if they want to install the toolbar or whatever installer you had with your application. If they deny the installer, then it is not counted by the PPI network.
