Why I cant reply to a thread I posted

I cannot post reply on a thread I created few days ago about need for a service. May I know what I am doing wrong? I know as a newbie I have a lot of restrictions but atleast I should be able to reply to the thread I created.

Threads in the hire a freelancer and want to buy section can only be responded to by Jr. VIPs and premium members. Members without these membership levels can still post a thread in these sections, but they can't respond to them, even if they're the creator. This change was made years ago to reduce the number of scams that were happening in these sections from people just signing up and spamming their services.

Since you have over 15 posts on your account, you can just start a conversation with anyone who responds so that you can work with them there.
