Got this once with one of my account, and I was being promoted by hashtags since I was getting in the explore page but the data didn't appeared in the backend. That's a nasty one. Solution: switch to personal account then back to business account. It will fix it (at least that worked for me) but you will loose all reaching data from before the switching.

Thank you for this answer. Do I switch from the business account to the personal one quickly or wait a while before returning to the business one?

I don't remember exactly but I think I've done it without waiting. To be sure you can switch, post something wait a 1-2h then switch back to business and post again to check if it's fixed

Same thing happened to me in one of my recent posts. My prev posts used to get ~60% reach from hashtags but my recent post just got 1-2 impressions from hashtags. Came searching for cause/solution on BHW. Let me know if you have figured out the reason. TIA

Para evitar perder los datos puedes usar programas de medición externos como metricool.

Try hashtags with comparatively less engagement. Personally I found that it works. for example, the #fashion is very busy and engaging! every fraction of a second someone keeps using this hashtag. amidst those 200 million+ posts yours would barely be visible or might get any traffic. so hashtags that are less specific will have less engagement and chances are your visibility starts increasing and as a result it might bring you reach!
