Why I can't access BHW from my home IP?

i'm from vietnam and can not access from my home Ip. Hope it will be solve. Posting from phone using opera mini

Same for me. Also in Vietnam and can't access BHW without a proxy.

i ran tracert and got same result as bk071.

My Windows 7 was giving me a wrong tracert result, courtesy my uninstalled AVG antivirus. Anyways I tried it on a friends laptop and now I have the tracert results. I think the ISP is not to blame. Check out the tracert
The last hop is on volumedrive where BHW is hosted. I know they might have a reason to blacklist an entire IP range, but please atleast whitelist one IP, my IP. Ready to give any details.

If you are, then the ISP is not to blame in my case as the tracert report posted by me shows.

I had this problem randomly from my IP. I just connected using a proxy, but it was weird because sometimes right before the site became unconnectable, the home page was a CPA offer for some facebook cash thing.
