why I can see the Blackhatworld.com only thru a proxy ??

Please help me...if it is possible

By 3 month i canot see the BHW forum .."The page dos not exist.." I tried from 2 different location ( thru the same city and also the same internet provider I live in Romania) it does NOT work.
I am addicted to BHW...
I tried with a proxy ( theru a software) and it is working. WHY?

Is my IP banned by BHW.?? Or my provider do not allow me to acees the BHW?

Please an answer..

Also I see many people around the world saying that "they canot acces the BHW. BHW is down. "
It is not down , but there are a sort of restrictions. ??

Maybe it's a dns problem, you should try opendns. (opendns.com but it's slower than your ISP dns)

BHW blocked every IP from Romania because of the recent attacks from there.
