i tried to submit from a 3 years old account it submitted
but i can not submit with newly accounts
i want to ask what is the requirements to submit these links

I don't do anything promotional with my accs without 100 karma points.

i have an account 3 year old ...it has only 10 karma but i can submit from that account
i want to learn what is requirement of newly accounts to submit links like .tk .cf .ml
because other links i can submit
