I really need help, whenever i deploye a new site I always crafts meta keywords, lon tail and description. However Google keep on saying it's not considering the meta, may be the reason is i am doing this since 2011, so hard to change, does anyone else doing this.

Consider that anything meta is the way that people evaluate if they are going to access your site or not. With the use of GSC you may figure out if your metas are good or not, specially metatitle. Keywords are partially irrelevant. If I'm looking for "nike sneakers", I would expect "Nike sneakers" in the title 100% for sure to be sure that I'm actually going to find a collection of nike sneakers, but probably something else, in my case, something that will give me some evidence that the site is trustworthy (maybe something like "Est. 1995" or whatever. Other people would be interested in a permanent discount of 20% and wont care to much about trust (Nike sneakers 20% discount sale"). Think yourself as if you were you were your client and set the metatitle accordingly to what you would like to read, if you were searching for the exact keyword you want to be #1.

But if you are specifically talking about the keywords meta name property... are you joking? Do you think we are in the Altavista days? If you use WP how do you set them? You do the effort to go into the header.php to edit the meta data to add specifically this? I think that even the archaic Yoast removed this feature ages ago.

Meta description - Yes, because it is visible in search results.
Title - Yes, because it is visible in search results.
Meta Keywords - No. They are long dead.
