Why I am seeing the old menus ?

Hello,

My account still has the old menus (My Videos & My Favourites) list. Why ? Is there any option I can see the new menus ? I have cleared cookies, cashe, browser. Nothing works

All my friend's accounts have the "new layout". Could someone tell me if YouTube officialy switched to the new layoutt months ago, and is it normal I still have the old menus ?

just looked at mine and i have the "old menus" but mine were always like this, never changed.
