Why I am not getting views

Just 3 days and you want views?
No dude. Have at least 30 of these videos to get like 15-35 views. It is not easy.
I have a Youtube account too with like 80 videos and I did a lot of video editing, script writing, research, and trending topics, still didn't exceed a few hundred views except for a few videos.
People love entertaining videos that do everything for them each and every second.
You have to keep going and see your competitors how they are making the videos.

I know bro but my video is also not ranking means I am getting less impression on my video the total impression of my video is 2.
And I am also got getting views in short video I have uploaded 2 videos but don't have any views

Find a higher volume niche if u want alot of views early.

That's fine. It will take several weeks to see impressions increasing. You have to commit yourself at least for 1 year to see some fine results.

Adding on to what @sarfrazk9 has said - I noticed that you have created videos of length 1:15, 1:10, etc. These are neither Short videos nor Long videos. These videos will never help you.
So, create either videos that are 0.59 sec long and mark them as #Short and create long videos those are around 4 to 5 minutes long.
Second advice is, the topics you are making videos on is way too saturated. There are billions and billion of videos on the same topic. Do some research and create some useful and informative content on other niches.
