Why huge discrepancies between my adsense pageviews and Analytics

I noticed recently that my adsense pageviews dropped which resulted to massive increase in CTR. I'm barely getting 40% of traffic seen in analytics... but same everything, i see same income range, same click range.. but the pageview is so low that my ctr goes above 50%. What may be the issue? Is anyone else facing same issue? Everything is fine it's just the wrongly displayed pageviews and impression which results to huge CTR (since i'm getting similar number of clicks).
