Quick question. My website is mostly ranking but i noticed under some kws its not even in top 5 pages, they are low comp and a lot of tier 1 blogs and tier 2 and even gsa spam is on these pages..

density is alright.

is it G dance? as i said my website is in good condition and im ranking in most cases.

oh yeah and why in the hell gsa spam is ranking lolo

I want to make sure I understand.

On the SERPs before your website is a bunch of junk tier1, tier 2, and GSA spam stuff? As in your site ranks lower than that stuff?

Am I understanding?

So, what do the backlinks look like for your website?

@patriotnews yes thats correct. my blog has 12 articles all different niches and at least three of them are in situation i described above.

backlinks look like they have a looooooot of content (usually 600-2k words) and thats it.

something tells me it MUST be onpage seo stuff but density 0.50% and readable

Do your posts have good backlinks? Or just long content backlinks?

As to on page, how do you inter-linking your posts?
Images, alt-tags?
Any additional content(infographics, videos, podcasts, slideshows, etc...) on your site?
How are your H2, H3, H4?
Any lists, bullet posts, etc?
I have sometimes seen formatting stuff like this mess up a site.

i have this same problem. backlinks i made on other sites are ranking higher than the main site. i don't really understand that.

Google talks too much and does too little to combat spam techniques. Welcome to the real SEO :)

For low comp keywords google like to show pages from established domains. So some gsa ser links can rank for those keyword

One thing that OP does not see is the army of hidden PBN links. If top site profiles look like crap and do not have any apparent power links, yet page 2 - 3 profiles look quite decent, you can be sure there's a lot of PBN stuff at work :)

Is this what you were referring to in your PM?

This is pretty normal, personally, I always put it down to the domain age of the domains SER is posting on in comparison to my brand new Fresh domain. Over time it used to settle and balance out as your domain and the links to it age in.

I don't think it's all about domain authority. There's a lot of powerful PBNs at play. But these sites won't be around for long.

Not sure if I am misreading this or misunderstanding but to me the OP is saying his money site is currently ranked lower in the SERPs than his SER links.

Not 100% sure what you are referring to but I doubt people are building PBN links to his SER links to put them above his website. I have seen this happen a fair few times and as I said above I always presumed it was due to domain age and left it at that.

We both KNOW none of that is the case if GSA spam is outranking him. And if a keyword has GSA links (not even money sites) ranking top 10, I'm also guessing it isn't exactly a high competition keyword. OP might as well build a new web2.0 and rank it for this keyword and then link that web2.0 out to his site. The day you can't outrank GSA spam is the day you need to seriously rethink your linkbuilding.

Most likely: Either A) OP's site is algrythmicaly penalized or B) His site has such serious on/off site issues that he needs to essentially start over and rebuild.

@Shaunm @ThopHayt

i fixed my problem.

well onpage seo was one of the problems, and these backlinks just didnt kick in because they were fresh. i fixed onpage already and im ranking above gsa stuff (yet below certain webs) however since it takes month before link kicks in i will surely outrank everything.

probably the thing with gsa domains is that people build tiers under them... so i basically have a gsa domain ranking #20 for easy kw

now imagine if you have set gsa to post from the same domains multiple times = it uses same spintax content, same keywords, so basically it creates BIG topical relevance. and apart from that, these domains are well linked already by other gsa users. so thats why its #20 probably.
