why Google URL Shortener fail to use??thanks

i registered two urls ,but when i visit ,it reveal:

this goo.gl shortlink has been disabled. It was found to be violating our Terms of Service. Click here and here for more information about our terms and policies respectively.


who can tell me why,

Why I don't know. But it happened to me and i clicked on "Request a review" and after 15 or 20 minutes it was back active.
Hopefully that helps

Have the same question. But when I waited till the next day the short link was back active. Don't know why.
