I see one big problem: as massive amounts of people jump on the blackhat bandwagon. People will stop using Google, when all the results become spam pages.

At least the way it is now, there is a "price of entry", being that google and the other search engines are working to counter act the spam sites. Remove it and every opportunity seeker looking to get rich quick will flood sites like BHW in no time and kill everything that works.

I'm perplexed by how little sense this makes.

What a jackass is this guy. He was astonished to find out the obvious, as are most "whitehat seo people"

However he´s on the spot with his findings(not his conclusions), they´re the core of my activities =P

High spots on serps = money, one way or the other, you must be an absolute retard to not realise that.

It's funny but the irony is that Google is the #1 person who is guilty of blackhat SEO practices.

Google is nothing but a MLM pyramid scheme.

Adwords/sense is just a way to take their online realestate and maximize Google's profit while maximizing partity among thousands of competing customers. That's right people paying to use adesense/words will never get ahead because Google's sole goal is to keep the customers equal and paying. It's so painfully obvious that Google is ripping people off for billions of $$$ each year by creating impossible PPC rotation policies to keep everyone on even playing grounds unless you pay some crazy amount to the landlord (Google.) So sad.

(yes I know that Google is not a person)

Well said. I agree. "The house wins." Just like Las Vegas. Can't run an seo / adsense casino without some muscle for when things get rough. It's all a game. Play it well or get played.

Wow that was a mouth full to write...but I think it was misdirected.Afterall Google's job is to serve up quality content for the reader.Sure there is a certain level of corruption over there but if they loose the respect of the people they will loose market share faster than anyone.
They (Google)has millions of average joes who wont know about SEO,PPC etc and these people keep them up at the top. Some would be surprised how many people dont know about Bing...not on here but out in the world. As long as Google has a global cult following they can pretty much write the rules.Of course noone is saying you have to get traffic organically...
