Why Google is being biased

Hello, I have started an E-Commerce website selling license keys specifically MS keys. I started an Ad on Google and got a few sales. I paused my campaign and after a few hours, Google suspended my Merchant and Ads Account.

The thing that bothers me is I found many such similar websites as mine doing the same thing for years without any suspension from Google infact, their products are even approved by Google Merchant Center.

Not sure what I am doing wrong but I need to figure this out at earliest

Definitely true. It seems like some people are tolerated to do whatever they want.

Maybe they're using cloaking to fly past their radar.

Not sure about cloaking, as these websites have their products approved by Google Merchant Center, which I feel is not possible if the cloaking method is used. Ads can be bypassed however I don't feel it can bypass Google Merchant Account

It was the same story with ebay and minecraft accounts. A lot of sellers, and my ebay account got banned
