Why google index iframe and give 0 visits?

Hi to all,

Why google index an iframe redirection and do not give me visits ?
When i make it i got it like arround 3 news (bot sure)

Like if you submit affiliates links to ping you get 3 new visits (bots)

So you can get a page indexed in Google and no visits ? is that possible ?

Of course that's possible... you only get traffic from Google if you're ranked for good keywords and not when you're merely indexed.
