Why google gives PR to BHW

They know about this forum and they should deindex it from google to decrease the number of new blackhatters(also the other blackhat seo forums).
Instead of that, they awarded it with PR 3

BHW is one of the world's top traffic sites....Google's corporate drones are all over this forum learning and of course digesting my signature.

Dude, google doesn't host that content, it is a search engine.

PR is about links. Why wouldn't they give BHW PR?

You talk like Google manually select and gives PR to sites.

The spider algorithm has been programmed to function on it's own like your computer keyboard and screen.

Type BHW and that's what you get and see on your screen.

Because they're afraid that in case if they don't give high PR and rankings to BHW, we the blackhatters would neg seo Google.

Google don't host any page snippets or images on their searches?

Interesting. So all of the times Google has served snippets and images and then I click the link in the SERPs and the page is down it's all my imagination? No, obviously they are scraping and serving up scraped content, their entire business is built on scraping and using that scraped info

I didn't said that they are using but they are promoting it, ok lets say that PR is automatic, but they can de-index it from the search.
At the end of the day, they have employed hundreds of people to fight against blackhatseo.

They wouldn't. Google does not judge by name it judges by content. The content here is fine

Blackhatworld has been PR3 as long as i can remember. About the de-indexing part? This website is full of info for google searchers.

I've always been surprised BHW only has PR3, because with the daily visitors and constantly updated content and a worldwide alexa rank of 378 it should be way higher. I'm sure the nice people at Google have manipulated the PR to be lower than it should actually be as a little joke. I've got a PR3 site and its 1% in comparison to BHW!
