Why Google Ads suspend accounts

few days ago i created a new UK google ads account added real CC real Billing address and everything was real, started a white hat campaign promoting a Shopify website and after 1 sterling spent the account got suspended due to unpaid balace (1.45 sterling) then i paid 10 sterling pound as deposit because the minimum to pay is 10, and then appealed the reply was that the account is in violation of Google ads and will not reactivated again, which is very strange. Anyone can recommend a way to bypass or avoid this?

Did you get a different message than 'unpaid balance' in the red bar after you got a reply that it won't be reinstated again? Better post a screenshot if you want.

the first message in the red bar was "unpaid balance" now after receiving email from them the message became "Your account is suspended We've detected suspicious payments in your account."
 
If the card has not been used in other ads accounts, you can try to submit the appeal form again few more times. Make the appeal longer though and explain everything in more detail. If you have luck, you will get a manual review of the account and if all is good, it will be reinstated.

If that still doesn't work, call the support but not with the phone added in accounts.google.com because they are not taking phone calls from banned accounts.

Instead, when you manage to contact them via phone, tell them your ad account with ID (xxx-xxx-xxxx) is banned and instruct them to raise an internal support ticket to review the account manually.

That's pretty much all you can do.

Google has been crazy nowadays with people misusing threshold in the past

The Card never been used in any other accounts, Can i call them from UK? Do they have a contact number in the UK?
 
If you haven't already, try submitting a more detailed appeal explaining the situation.
 
You could try reaching out to Google Ads support for more details on the specific violation and make any necessary adjustments to your campaign before appealing again.
 
Google’s tough on this stuff—try reviewing their policies, appeal with all the facts, or start fresh with a clean acount

To avoid Google Ads suspensions, use an aged Gmail account with a matching credit card and billing address, and ensure your Shopify site and ad content fully comply with Google Ads policies. Start with small, safe campaigns to build account trust. For issues, contact Google Support or consider managing campaigns via an MCC account.
 
Sounds like Google’s being a bit too strict! Maybe try starting fresh with a new account, double-check all their rules and hope the ads gods smile on you this time.
 
Seems like Google’s got a one-strike rule maybe try dating a different platform like Bing or Facebook Ads for a while, they might be more forgiving!
 
Man, that’s tough! Google can be picky.. make sure your site and ads are fully compliant, and then try reaching out to support for a more detailed explanation.

Bro, it’s likely a policy issue, review everything and reach out to support, bypassing could make it worse.
