I have a whitehead clothes shop with a cart, a blog, a utube video sucker, and an image gallery. They are installed in sub-folders and their sitemap links are submitted and working independent per script.

This is the dashboard from webmastertools:

gallery/sitemap || Oct 10, 2009 || 12,874 || 7,192
shop/sitemap.php || Oct 11, 2009 || 3,044 || 0
video.xml.gz || Oct 3, 2009 || 500 || 358
blog/sitemap.xml.gz || Oct 5, 2009 || 181 || 158

My question is, why gg keeps not indexing my SHOP? It is the money site and most important for that clothing business.

Images in the gallery are product images and originals. Blog is semi-automated with half of the content originally created. All pages in SHOP are certainly original. All VIDEO are sucked from you tube.

How come gg index everything except the SHOP? What have I done wrong?

Surely GG have not banned my site as it sends traffice from images.gg

Also the SHOP has been submitted to froogle. All products are published and searchable, with incoming traffic recorded.

Just why my SHOP is not indexed for the main search site??!!

PS: the SHOP is running on inter$pire Cart 506.

:confused:

Do a search for site:yoursite.com/shop/

If it is indexed you might want to improve incoming links to your shop. You probably have most of the back links to the root domain.

If the shop folder is not indexed, then create another folder (cloths) and make a 4 page(index, about us, contact us, TOS) minisite with some unique test content. Link to this from your sites pages which are already indexed. Once the index page under cloths folder and the subpages get indexed, move your moneysite from the shop folder to cloths folder. Set a 302 redirect for the shop folder to cloths folder so that you catch all the traffic.

GG shows 4 links:

yoursite.com/shop/
yoursite.com/shop/account.php
yoursite.com/shop/login.php
yoursite.com/shop/cart.php

So we save the troubles going into your plan B.

But hack why did GG not moving on indexing few other static pages on logistics, and the 3000+ product pages?

Just double checked the robots.txt and .htaccess at root, nothing unusual there. I took the chance to add this line, and see if force directing will help:

Allow: /shop/

In the mean time, any other suggestions will be thanked sincerely : )

Get a Google site map - generate one at hxxp://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

The ISC has been very capable to produce compatible google site map. I have another ISC site with 4000+ links all indexed.

You need millions of backlinks to rank well. Some of my site has 28 million backlinks and keep growing. I rank well there.

Hmm... What is ISC?

How old is your site. If it is only couple of weeks, google might take some more time to index the inner pages.
Meanwhile like someone already suggested, create an xml sitemap and place a link to the sitemap on the footer of your page. Build some more backlinks to some of your inner pages.
You mentioned that you have a blog. So update the blog frequently with blog post about products featuring the inner pages under the shop with links to those inner page.

If you create a site with thousands of pages overnight, google will be cautious in indexing them. You might want to gradually add pages next time. For now select few inner pages featuring best selling products and start building links to them. You will be fine.
