after few hours Got Message this On my Gmail

hummm, if that a real account you need to request a review, you will have to show them sme kind of identification or business information

Was your application from Nigeria or 3rd world countries.

If so regardless for any service:

Passport,
Driver's license,
Id,
Face photo current,
Birth certificate not necessary but maybe.

But one or less of these can revoke your application.

Country or creation has nothing to do with that IMO, and unapproved accounts can't no longer be activated or asked to be verified. The decision is final

At approval time I would assume yes,

You must verify your identity with a valid ID. This includes a driver's license, passport, or other valid ID included in the list found when you start the ID verification process. The IDs available vary per country.

Yes. Fiverr may require some of our customers to go through a verification process. Customer Support is not able to start this process for you, nor are they able to verify your ID for you—this includes trying to verify through a ticket request

I'm not sure you sell on Fiverr. Fiverr will never ask you to verify your account if it doesn't get approved like in the case of OP. An unapproved account is as good as a disabled account

Maybe you should take one for the team and sign up on a new account,

But the website states the requirements not me, your free to read the t&c
