Anyone notice that if a seller is late he can ask for mutual cancelation 9/10 times the buyer will take it and the buyer gets his money back,But there's no negative feedback on the seller

Fiverr is crazy again last days. Around 150 from my positive feedbacks just disappear....

Yeah, I've lost around 100 on my account also. Checking on their twitter page, they seem to be aware that the stat problems still persist.

I dont see that as a flaw. If you want the seller to get a negative feedback, cancel as soon as the order is late and you get your money back. If its a mutual cancellation, why should negative feedback be left?

I havent used fiverr since 2010. It got so populated and scammy that it became a useless asset.

You only left negative feedback when you PAID for something but you DID NOT receive what was promised.

Thank god it is like this or I would have been fucked as a seller!

Oftentimes when I still used fiverr, buyers would not read the requirements that I set for my gig and I would have no choice but to request cancellation.

There are a lot of people that are confused about what pieces they need to submit to complete the order....no need for negative feedback if both parties agree to cancel

Another glitch: I've had about a dozen orders automatically repeat, and charge me. I get them cancelled and refunded, but it keeps happening .

Then there's the complete pap that a majority of fiverr copywriters call an "article". Here's my favorite sentence of all time: "Cleft palates is a term used to call those who are suffering from cleft palate." And that was the FIRST f**king sentence!

-- Get what you pay for.

I don't see it as a flaw. It's a great feature. There have been times where I couldn't keep up with the orders coming in, so had to cancel a lot of the orders.

I can see some of the points made it's a double edged sword

How is that even possible? You have to go onto Paypal to pay for the orders unless you are paying out of your available balance. If you are paying out of an available balance, it has to be something wrong on your browsers side where it is sending the information twice or you are double clicking something. I highly doubt this is a glitch with fiverr. Do you have any evidence of other people having this happen? Do you know what browser they are using? I have ordered hundreds of orders and never ever had an issue.

Why is it double edged? If you want to leave bad feedback, you just need to wait for the order to be "Very Late" and then force cancel and it will leave a bad feedback. Why are people so interested in leaving bad feedback on late orders? Bad feedback should be given on a bad product, or a very late delivery. If the seller takes the time to actually request cancellation, he is admitting he is unable to deliver and would like to refund you. He isn't trying to waste your time.

Yeah. I reckon it's reset back a few months. Hopefully they can get it back to normal soon. Not affecting my orders too much though.

While I'm not sure about the double ordering thing. I'd just like to point out that if you have money in your Fiverr balance, it takes it straight from there. Your never taken to PayPal.

I've never experienced the problem myself though.

*edit - Just re-read your post and realised you mentioned paying out of balance. Ignore what I said.

Don't know how it's possible - not ruling out it isn't something in my browser (firefox). I've been in contact with support and they say it has happened before. Typically, there are several days between the original order and the repeat. At first I thought I was double-clicking, but it kept happening after I watched to make sure I wasn't.

nah, this is happening
i can't tell much from the customer side of this thing, because i'm on fiverr as a provider, i've never ordered anything there

i experienced this a few times already, customers ordering the same gig multiple times (sometimes not just 2x but 3-4x) when it doesn't make any sense, because you can't provide more than what you already delivered with the first order

when i notice first, i notify the buyer and he/she says he/she never made that order/ordered only once or he/she notices first and he/she is automatically requesting cancellation

idk the reason behind this, if it's a fiverr bug/browser thingy or customers are too trigger happy/refreshing much when they shouldn't, who knows, but this is happening

i m not sure but i think the last time a seller refunded me it went to my fiverr balance instead of refunding it back to my cc/pp. Next time when i ordered somethign else, fiverr used balance in my account and didnt charge my cc/pp

edit - got my refund back in pp, not sure how i was able to make the purchase then without logging in paypal
edit 2 - my bad, made a mistake

it's only possible if you requested the refund directly from paypal leaving out fiverr (which may cause problems with your fiverr account in the future), if you use fiverr's system to request a refund, then it will be credited back to your fiverr balance and not your paypal: "Fiverr will not refund payments made for cancelled orders back to PayPal. Refunds are made to the buyer's balance and are made available for future purchases on Fiverr."

I guess you're one of those freaks who live with the impression that they can buy the whole world with 5$ ... Leaving a negative feedback if the seller acts decent is stupid...or better yet retarded.. I guess you're one of the '' I can't open a rar file '' guys .
