Hello
Im using dolphin to manage some fb profiles but every few days when I open the profile I find it loged out and have to login again that that pop up show of "trust this device"
so it act as if i log in from new device each time

That usually happens because Dolphin isn’t preserving a stable device fingerprint/session — you’ll need to lock the browser profile with consistent cookies, UA, timezone, and proxy so Facebook recognizes it as the same device each time.

How can I do that

FB logs you out when it sees a new device. Fix by keeping 1 profile = 1 proxy, saving cookies/sessions, and not changing fingerprints.

Thank you for the useless reply that add nothing

Make sure you are not starting a new session everytime. The fingerprints have to be the same, otherwise they will flag the profile for different logins.

You can use Adspower, we have been using Adspower for a long time without encountering this error

Fingerprint not consistent → your browser profile changes slightly (fonts, canvas, WebGL, time zone).

IP/Proxy mismatch → logging in with different proxies or unstable residential/mobile IPs makes FB think it’s a new device.

Cookie/session loss → if Dolphin isn’t saving cookies properly, FB forces a fresh login.

Fixes You Can Try

1. Stick to 1 proxy per profile

Don’t switch proxies once the account is linked.

Use quality residential or mobile proxies, not datacenter.

2. Lock browser fingerprints

In Dolphin, keep the same fingerprint settings after profile creation.

Don’t “refresh” or change them each time.

3. Save cookies correctly

Make sure Dolphin is saving session cookies when you close.

If not, export/import cook
ies so FB remembers your device.

Are you, or your team, using proxies/vpn? Are you sharing this with your team members or VAs? The IP should be consistent, so you won't get logged out.

Hi,
Maybe you loged in another device , at a same time in two devices FB not allowed to login.

That usually happens because the browser/device fingerprint or IP isn’t consistent. FB sees it as a new login each time. You’ll need to make sure your environment (fingerprint, cookies, IP) stays stable between sessions so FB recognizes it as the same device.

Keep it simple one stable setup per profile. Use a single static (preferably residential) proxy for each account, keep the browser fingerprint/timezone constant, ensure the profile saves cookies/sessions (don’t clear them), and enable 2FA/trusted contacts. Export/save the profile after setup so FB stops asking “trust this device.”

Learnt some things from the comment section. Love it here

Dolphin’s probably not saving cookies or your proxy’s changing. FB sees it as a new device every time. Use the same static proxy, disable “clear data on close,” and keep the profile untouched between sessions. If it keeps happening, switch to GoLogin way more stable for FB, no constant logouts.

Been there, force Dolphin to mimic a legit Chrome instance with consistent plugins and fonts, then pair it with a sticky session proxy to stay logged in.

Yeah, that happens because Facebook sees each session as a “new device” if the browser fingerprint or IP changes slightly. You’ll need consistent profiles (cookies + fingerprint) and stable IPs so FB actually remembers the login.

changing fingerprint, rotating proxy, cookies not saved.
✅ Fix: use static proxy, lock fingerprint, keep cookies & timezone consistent.

Other browsers face the same, don't worry. It's a new fb storm to avoid abnormal login on their platform. I think it will disappear soon

Getting logged out often can be caused by device changes suspicious activity or account security settings try clearing cache checking login alerts and enabling 2FA if it continues contact support with proof.

It’s happening because FB sees a new device each time. Just lock your fingerprint in Dolphin, keep the same proxy and timezone, then it won’t keep asking for trust.
