Didn't do any of that, profile was ok and working until i added people (with the first request i send facebook asked for a photo)

Just relax for a week... then start adding friends...
But post on regular basis.

Don't add anyone for 1 day. Just make your account update some info. And wait for 1 day.
 
I also had this situation. Do not add too many people. And less activity. Send another self for verification.
