Hello! Facebook is a very fastidious system and it is very important for it that your behavior pattern is not similar to people who spam everywhere or launch prohibited ads. Facebook issues a ban for any suspicious activity if you have bad proxies that have been used before in order to run taregted ads. Or you did too many and too often actions like adding friends, commenting, etc.
