Why everyone ignoring DeepSeek for ai citation?

I saw plenty of discussion around getting citation in chatgpt,claude, Gemini and perplexity.

But i rarely see anyone talking about Deepseek citations

Is there any specific reason seo aren't targeting DeepSeek, or it simply becoz having less data and tracking available around it ?

Has anyone here experimented with DeepSeek seo/geo yet?

Yes, I think it’s primarily because DeepSeek citations are much less visible than those of ChatGPT/Gemini. It may be worth trying, at least.
