Why everyone buy from namecheap?

Y’all should checkout Dynadot. I use them for all my domains and I literally blast their support.

Domains are very cheap as well.

I've been with Namecheap since 2017 I think, bought dozens of domains there and I'm really happy with the service. They have awesome prices, discount and deals every here and there and excellent 24/7 support.
 
The great live support they have in the first place.
Clean, easy-to-read documentation answering most of the questions common users would have.
Numerous payment options (PayPal included) and easy checkout.
Easy WP website setup through their Managed WordPress (Many people are newbies and this comes as a great option to them).

Quite more reasons to add to the list but these are some of their best values from my point of view.
 
The superior superior support, not charging a lot while renewing, plus some or the other coupon code with attractive discount and their support via live chat, again
 
I use them for like 10 years already, also it's the cheapest hosting online and they have a live chat for support.
But I don't think it's the best hosting online anyway, if you do not care about the price that much.
 
I think people trust them because there are very old and widely spreaded
 
It acceps bitcoin as a payment, doesn't require KYC, and its super simple to use

No. I just bombed them again and again, it took me like 2 weeks to solve the problem. They just copypaste their standard answers and don't care about you having serious problem with domain. Very very very frustrating. I challenge everyone on this thread claiming how good their support is to run into a serious problem. Then you will see the real quality of their support. Incompetent Natashas and Sergeys copypasting generic answers with no intent to actually investigate the real problem throwing you into an endless loop just forwarding from one department to another. Typical bureaucracy. Seems like people here haven't seen what good online support is.

Basically I just gathered all the puzzle pieces and then spoon-fed the support and told them what they have to do. It's just laughable.
