Why Email Confirm My Twitter Accounts

Twitter allows you to post, message (at)people, and update your profile without confirming your email. Why even bother confirming your email for mass twitter marketing?

Wouldn't unconfirmed accounts be just as effective?

While creating my account creator, I actually thought the same. However, don't verify them and try to login again after 10-15 hours :o

pd: unless you mean just mindless spamming for some hours.
 
If you're wanting to use any sort of API like Wp to Twitter you are going to have to...Other than that, I would assume that you would eventually lose that account.
 
Is there a bot out there that uses proxies and simply creates accounts without confirming emails, updating profiles, or anything? I could really use some really basic bot like that.

The TweetAttacks Account Creator does this.

The email confirmation and profile updates are completely optional.

Thanks! Can it randomly grab proxies (rotate them) from a submitted list as well?

Also, about how many accounts can this make per minute/hour?

I made 40 unverified Twitter accounts, and about 10 of them I can't log into anymore.

Are you sure for this ? I am using not confirmed acc's and I have responses and clicks, so how they see my replies and mentions ? Also I tested sending replies to my other unconfirmed accounts, I see them regularly.

Can somebody else confirm what is the better for quick jobs, email verified or unverified acc's ?
 
I use unverified accounts and really large number of accounts..XXXX
No problems with the accounts and these are live for over a month now...
