I dont want promote a IM group in BHW without the big guys’ permission and get banned.

Same objectives, separate a group to make some feel more elite. Just look at evolution of a certain religion last two thousand eighteen years!

Some great memories, friendships, and business partnerships were forged there. A golden era...
That said, members are more than welcome to create their own private slack groups/teams for more personal communication as long as its not advertised as an official BHW group. To operate in any official capacity would require approval from DD and would likely need someone of the staff to operate it. I'll level with you though, the vast majority of people you meet on here are just looking to be spoonfed, as that grows extremely tiring in these real time communication chatrooms.
Edit: Let me clarify, you cannot advertise Skype/Slack groups here. You can create them among members you know/want to invite.

I was in a skype group that turned into a shitshow for that exact reason.
