Why don't companies have websites like this?

From what I've noticed, the biggest marketing agencies in the world (ThriveAgency, WebFX, Coalition Technologies) have very simple designs. I also checked the ranking of companies on the clutch website. When it comes to marketing agencies, most designs are simple.
