Used to think: more clients = more money.

Reality? More clients = less focus, rushed work, average results.

When I had 5 clients, I was stretched thin. Deadlines, stress, mediocre outcomes.

Dropped to 2–3 clients. Gave them full attention. Better results, better retention, more referrals.

Ended up earning MORE by doing LESS.

Sometimes growth isn’t about adding more, it’s about removing what’s slowing you down.

Are you scaling by adding more clients, or by improving results for fewer?

Definitely I can agree with you that there are some clients that literally slow you down. Getting rid of them, is what actually impulses growth. On the other side, sometimes it feel so harsh to get new clients that it feels daunting, so I can understand both positions.

make improving for fewer and get more money from them. that's totally win-win and that's the marketer's mind.

The key is not to work hard, but to work smart:) as always, right.
