all fast food workers should get together and form a union, its disgusting how the big shots are treating their workers worse and worse.
I used to spend quite a lt of time at various mcdonalds using their free wifi and management really has gone to shyt.
They keep forcing less people to do more work.
At one of the busiest intersections in my hometown, there is a pilot truckstop with a built in mcdonalds.
The owner of said mcdonalds actually will not allow more then 3 people to work the night shift, dealing with drunks, tons and tons of truckers and travelers as its right off a major interstate and a four lane highway with bars and such as far as the eye can see.
Image 3 people having to wait on customers, make the food, and keep the place clean, and one of the workers is a manager who does more ordering around then actual helping.
At least 10 people have walked off, in my days of hanging there, causing the place to actually shut down.
Explain to me how a muti-million dollar business can afford to advertize on tv,radio,all sorts of magazines, bill boards, etc but cant afford to have the proper amount of crew working?
My heart goes out to all those who have no choice but work fast food to support themselves and/or pay for schooling.
next time you are at a fast food joint and begin treating the workers like shyt because their service sucks ass, stop and realize, would you give a fk about how fast you got those burgers out being over worked, under paid and stuck there because its the only place that is hiring?
Seriously, the world of fast food workers need to form a self supporting union, they would have the big shots by the ass and they would have no choice but to change their "management system"
