Why doesn't Java have its own sub forum?

How can Visual Basic have its own subforum while the most famous language (java) does not?

Although TBH there are better sites for programming, this is a marketing forum so php, python make sense. The only reason VB is up there is because it is left over from when the forum started and was popular back in the day.
