Why does this site have a rectangle on Google Search?

I blurred it out to hide the niche. The top result has a rectangle around it like it's recommended by Google, never seen that before. Anyone know what the heck that is? Thank you.
 
I'm not exactly sure what it's called or how you get in that spot, but I do know it shows up for questions like:
How old is _____?
Define _______
etc.

It's just to help people find what they're looking for faster. Sucks though because then people aren't clicking on your site.
 
Yup, Most probably They are Steps when you Search for "How to" Queries.
 
Its been there in the serps for a while. Google scrapes content from the first post and display it in the serps itself so as the user doesn't even need to visit the page
 
OP its clash of clan niche No need to hide. That first result is my website.
 
It's a hacks / gaming niche so there shouldn't be a suggested result like that. That's just weird.
 
Nice one.. ONLY those who have the money to spend on SEO, would consider this niche.

It's not his site, lol. I know the guy who owns it. He just saw through the blur.
