has good PR, this profile contains no uploaded videos, why would this persons youtube profile have good pr, he doesnt really have anything to offer but his own favorites??

not sure if you can post that link or not, this might be a part of someones linkwheel and posting the link here could harm that guy's marketing and cost him some money. Just FYI for future reference.
Check the backlinks to that profile as its more than likely part of a linkwheel.

It is because he have 129,200 Views on his page, 115 Suscribers and 269 fav videos. And besides that he must be doing link building for his Channel.

It's got huge viewer, it's also online form 2008 it's got many scribscriber i thing they build bit link for that video too
