why does this domain has pr 10

Guys, anyone have any idea why the following domain has PR 10 ? I mean he has extremely few links and not that high of a pr...so how did they do it? is it black hat?

yeah 301 was my first thought too, but not sure he used that, he has some link from a few good edu sites that he couldn't have gotten if the site is not legit, however they are not enough for the site to get pr 10...
is there any way to test for 301 redirect, does it leave a trace?

Interesting. It's not fake PR either. My guess is like others. It is the destination for 301 redirect from other high PR domain.

I'm wondering what the purpose of the 100% link articles are.

I've heard of long tail keyword - but entire 300 word articles being link tagged?
WTF is that all about? What benefit does it give?

yeah i guess you're all right, it's fake considering there's no trace of any kind of pr on the inner pages... no idea why the full article liks, maybe just for fun...i doubt they have any advantage.

Keyword stuffing can't make 10 PR, its surely a effect of 301 redirection.
