Why does some random domain redirect to my website?

Checking my backlinks for fun today and see that somehow I do have 4 links from 1 referrer. Was like, that's weird so I click the site and it just redirects to my site? I can type in anything after the .com/ and it goes to my site with the same path. Who would do this and why?

For testing purposes I guess. And he forgot to removed it.

Well I guess that explains where my direct traffic that bounces comes from lol.

If it's a 301 redirect it might be a neg seo attempt....check the backlink profile of the redirect domain if it's spammy disavow that shit.

This could be the case. In most cases these types of websites doesn't have great authority.

If this is the case then disavow from GSC.
