It depends on the kind of proxies you use. Also the success rate will be higher if you have dynamic Ip's and change it between campaigns.

Do NOT use Hide my ass. They suspended me for making user accounts and no refunds are given once they suspend you. They also state that their proxies are not to be used for account creation, black hat, etc.

Check the proxy section here and buy from a black hatter. I'm using http://anonymous-proxies.net now (from the proxy section) and I'm satisfied with them so far.

Safer cause they have different IPs, less success rate cause some proxies are slow or don't work at all especially the free ones.

Basically if you get Fast Private Proxies you will not get any trouble that support SEO tools specially but if you use Public or any other crap proxies then obviously your success rate will be go down.

Because a lot of cheap asses will use unstable public proxies. Also, some private proxies reside on networks banned by Google/ReCaptcha which will further reduce the success rate.
