Why does my website ranking appear and disappear? what is the problem and how to solve it?
Previously my website on Google with certain keywords in certain countries could rank 6, but suddenly it didn't rank.

This happens a lot for new websites that begin to rank newly for specific keywords.

I'll say send some links to the site.

I have quite a lot of strong backlinks. but still my website can't get into the rank. even though my competitors don't have backlinks, they can also get into the rank.

I think you should conduct a competitor analysis based on on-page SEO.

Backlinks alone do nothing. These can help you rank for a while but other factors are also important to maintain ranking.
Content on your website plays crucial role in ranking, most will disagree with me but after Google's updates and AI SEO evolves more and old ways aren't that helpful to rank pages.
You have to focus on Content quality, EEAT, Core Web Vitals, Internal Linking, Website Structure, User Intent, UI/UX, Page Speed and some other factors.

As previously suggested, you should do Proper Technical and onpage analysis of your website and compare the same with your competitors!
Also, simultaneously getting links from reputable sources in your niche..
This could be a temporary Fluctuation as well..
 
The very first thing you should do is check for errors and other info in GSC.

If nothing suspicious shows up there, you need to dig into the top competitors to understand the "rules of the top": sections, keywords, layout, backlinks, and everything else.

Does programming language affect ranking? is it better to use PHP programming language with Laravel Framework or Angular?

I already did that... from pagespeed my website already reach the best...

It do happen if it's a new website and you're just begin (SEO) to rank it higher . As times goes on there will be permanent Ranked

Almost a year after I buy the domain... In Google Search Console there is no violation too...
