Why does my thread keep getting deleted / how to bump threads.

I have a thread in hire a freelancer, its months old and It wont let me reply to it to bump it or give me any option to bump it. I need to find someone for the service I was posting about, but admins keep deleting my new thread. I read the rules and I only think it was breaking the duplicate listing rule. Can someone please help me fix this id be really appreciative for any help. Thanks.

The key to bumping your thread is to not have the intention of bumping your thread.
