Why does my SEO fail?

I launched 2 websites (review and video niche) and have plans on launching 2 more. On the 2 that are already launched, I have tried back linking and they have yet to appear on the first 1000 pages of Google for the keywords I am optimizing them for. Even if I type its domain, it barely makes the first page, but realistically, no one isnt gonna exactly type my domain name as a search query (i had to add one word to make it unique and now i regret it and realize my mistake). I have tried to make manual backlinks, anywere from 3-100 a day and I'm still not ranking....

I try to track my backlinks but everytime I check them, it says I have 0 >.> and I'm like WTF!!!!!!!!! Its been like 4 days now. My website has a decent number of articles, and I add more almost daily and they are complimented with photos. I have my websites pinged and indexed. Im not sure whats going on. I'm afraid to pay for the massive back-linkage I would like to do it myself if anything. I followed tho whole keyword density rule for content, articles, and description.

Today is my birthday and later on Ill purchase SB with my money. I just hope it pays off! Anyone have any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong?

What are you using to check your backlinks?

Most tools are inaccurate and different tools will give different results. It's best to use a combination and just kind of average them together.
 
first thing. RELAX. everything is OK, 4 days to backling to get index is not a lot. its take more time then that. also, if you want them to index faster, don't only ping them, make backlinks to your backlinks. - just look in the forum info about tiers/pyramids, 1,2,3 and etc..

keep updating your site, articles, photos, videos - its great. - before you make a link to a new page - make sure this new page is already indexed by G!

keep building links - not too fast, and use different anchor text many times. not only the main KW or other KW you want to rank. its very important!
try to find HIGH PR(page), ********, LOW OBL, CONTEXTUAL LINKS - get a few like those, not many at first, you will see result very fast. thats a promise.

time will do is thing.. SEO is a game of patient, i learned it in the hard way :)

First, don't buy SB to blast massive backlinks to your website. You have to build web 2.0 contextual backlinks to your website. Use unique content and add your link anchored with keyword. After that index the backlinks. After the backlinks are indexed you can see how many backlinks your websites needs.

You can buy SB to check your backlinks, if they are indexed or not. But my advice would be to not spend money just on a single tool, you can easily buy VPS with preinstalled tools such as SENuke X, Scrapebox, AMR etc. (check bhsvps offer).

Happy Birthday!! There are many possibility here, you already done many work on your site, I will suggesting some way to indexing and ranking your site according to Penguin 1.1. Firstly focus on content that is very important part of indexing and increasing traffic, using site related keyword and used that keyword on content. Next step focus on On page and Off page, in On page mainly point out meta data and off page means promotion, I will suggest you manually like Directory submission, article submission, social bookmarking etc. then after promotion check promotion link or approved link. Collect all approved link and start promotion with approved link then after few day you get good results.
 
You are building backlinks on manual basis ,better continue that way.because of recent google penguin update many lost rankings.If you are doing complete white hat seo then it takes time to rank and get traffic.
 
Lol, thanks for all the replies. I think all the "Journey" postings i read got me upset, people getting multiple UVs in the first day (than again, I think that's easier with those EMDs). Glad to hear that it was just me being paranoid :D.
 
I am in a very similar situation like you, but I have been doing this for over 2 months and none of my keywords are ranking and I have over 40 articles, but I just dont know how to get it to rank.

Untitled-1.pngWhoa! I'm breaking records!!!! The last 2 KWs are not real, just my domain name without the .com (for motivation).

The first 2 keywords are actually ranked 50 and 75 in the Googs, but this is still a new record for this site. I just continue to let it sit? So far it seems to be raising and I haven't edit the site for days. I cant really add articles to a "rent-a-site" site...

Please do not ping your backlinks that you make, you should create structures that force algorithms to crawl your pages.

Please do not use AMR (at least not unless you know what you're doing) or SEnuke...

SEO is all about the content and link but for running a SEO campaign we should need to build a great strategy for better performance.

A daily seo strategy must work and it should be minimum 90% ethical otherwise it will not be give any result.
 
You may want to give some more time. 4 days ain't anything. If you are querying Google for your links (link:site), then it would take a month atleast (if not more) to show some backlinks there. Also please don't buy SB. If you want to really try out some automated tools, you may want to go with GSA SER, UD or something on these lines. But I would really advice you (if I may so), to start your SEO campaign manually, access what the competitors are doing. Once you get a taste of things you can use tools to automate parts of it. There is nothing like no hands seo (not talking of the NHSEO tool).
 
Happy Birthday buddy. It's common for your rankings to be unstable as new sites are very volatile during the first 6 months. Stay consistent with back linking and adding unique content and everything will work out. Remeber, quality not quantity and vary your anchor texts.

Wow, sorry to resurrect a dead post, but about a year + 1 day has passed and I was a damn newb! I have had my website get 3k views+ daily (not anything really I could make money from, 100 bucks monthly) Things are finally picking up for me a bit in the offline world and when I am stable, the online world better f'in watch out!
