Why does my blank website get 300 uniques a day?

Been messing around with wordpress. Made a site a few months ago and have been doing back end stuff while the site itself it just a blank woo commerce template. I never did install any analytics but cloud flair says I get 3k unique hits a month now. No idea why. Got a few attacks but that seems normal.

Oh ok. I had a few other sites that only get a dozen a day at most. This one stood out to me.

Why not check the traffic sources? Maybe your domain name is popular, maybe it ranks sth, maybe your get a lot of bot traffics...

or you get expired traffics from old contents...

I didn't install any analytics but CF says mostly USA traffic. Domain name has no key words and is a weird tdlr. I checked google and wasn't there. Must be bots..

Cloudflare measures raw accesses. Includes bots of all sorts, even non-JS. It's kinda like watching Apache logs like in the old days.

Ohhh. Yea all my old websites, I only ever looked at google analytics which don't even log me. Wow though, never knew there were this many bots.

Install analytics, it automatically ignores bots.

yeah expect 1/10-1/7 of all your traffics are bots, bots are everywhere nowadays, even me, you can consider me a BOT.
