Why does Jarvee do this?

First of all im totally new with ig and cpa so dont hate me on that.
Why does Jarvee follow more people then the maximum i provide?

Is it your first day with accounts on jarvee or its been like atleast a day after you added them?

1. The little difference should not matter so much
2. Maybe your automatic follow/unfollow fucks it up
