Why does it say my photo is in top posts for a hashtag?

Hello my photos say they are in the top posts for the hashtags I used but when I check that hashtag using a different account they are not in the top posts. Why is that?

When you get top in hashtag that means your post got most likes by people who saw it,
I mean if your post got 1000 views and 100 likes, it will beat post with 5000 views and 50 likes, also comments and many other effects

exactly ranks are determined with views and likes

I understand that but it says my photos are in the top hashtags but they really aren't. Like if I check with the account that posted the photo they are in the top but if I check using a different account then that post is not in the top hashtag.

Why does it say my photo is in top posts for a hashtag?
