Why does google see my links wrong

in google i have links to my blog posts but the date is in he link.
in Wordpress i changed the links to custom links but they wont change when i search them in google. Also, my newest articles havent shown up yet so im wondering if google just hasnt crawled the site recently.

I would imagine it is because Google hasn't crawled your site recently enough for the changes to take effect.

If you log into Webmasters and submit the link directly to the sitemap then Google might crawl it quicker.
