Why does Google remove a page randomly from SERPs?

I am seeing that Google picks up any random article from my site, particularly the new ones and removes them from the SERPs.

The article is visible the next day on the first page then the next day it again disappears. This happens a few times at least but Google doesn't do it with bigger websites.

What is the cause for it and how can I fix it?

This typically happens for new sites in the sandbox

Are you checking it with an external tool or with your google account in your browser? If you're checking while logged in it might appear to you that your site was in page 1 when in reality in probably never was.

I check in incognito from Google USA.

Because google runs several A / B / C / D / .... tests (in order to maximize their profits, of course).

And each test has a different index.

So, when Google runs the B test your site isn't in its index, the next hour G runs the C test and your site might be there.

Mine is 7 years old with da/pa 37/42.
Might be the keywords.
You might think the kw are easy target, but if a lot of authority domains are ranking for it, Google might not see you fit for it yet.

They'll usually hide it for months.

I think you are right because only those articles get lost in SERPs that have the keywords for which a lot of authority sites are ranking.

Because your page doesn't make them any $$$$

You gotta keep sacrificing more and more of your produce to keep the search gods happy
This is definitely true. There are numerous examples of this which I have seen with my own eyes.

It drops in the SERPs or gets removed from the SERPs ? Most probably drops in the SERPs, observe towards that.
No, they don't get dropped, they get removed. As of right now, the latest article which dropped several times is back again and on a stronger #5 or #6 position.

There can be many reasons that Google has decided to remove your page and here are some of them:

1. You had great inbound links to pages that no longer exist.
2. Google may temporarily or permanently remove sites from its index and search results if it believes it is obligated to do so by law if the sites do not meet Google's quality guidelines, or for other reasons, such as if the sites detract from users' ability to locate relevant information.
