very interesting, i have read an article about this case and saw some emails exchanged between googl staffs
seems they like using the same method:
Yesterday i was reading another story where they were collecting companies data from a directory of companies and calling each of them to grab them. They were lying on phone telling them.. "oh yeah, we partnership with them" lol

Not sure if anything has changed in the past few years, but I actually am curious if I clear flash cookies, clear history and regular cookies, use a proxy on firefox, and go to gmail to create an account, it did not ask me to verify the first few times, but the 4th time it is saying to verify the account so somehow they must know I am the same user?
I am just wondering in the future will I have this problem as I plan to send 100 emails per day per proxy with a separate email account on each proxy (all gmail accounts while using chrome - since I have an automated chrome extension) - if one account gets listed as spam will it easily affect all my accounts across my proxies?

again, i will tell everybody, a real user with good intentions on youtube or other website will block his java and flash ?
NO, of course, not, in order for those websites to work properly you have to leave them enabled, but you will have to know how to handle the .sol cookies paypal are using.
Also you have to avoid using google chrome , also in java you have an option from the java panel to place a proxy there, or simply use a software like proxifier to bypass this problems.
its all about HWID and info stored on cookie based on the algorithm used to HWID, you can simply bypass this restriction if you use the same flash cookies for that websites login (I'm talking about paypal here)

Does anyone know why a public proxy with full anonymity suddenly changes to a transparent proxy with no anonymity?

First of all you there is one big problem - you don't know why this particular proxy became public. Was it due to someone's error in the configuration, or just supposed to be such, so that you use it.
Second I suppose that by "full anonymity" you mean "hide my IP" so you must remember that "full anonymity" doesn't equal "safe to use".
Third, there is always someone who created such proxy and can always change its configuration. You have no control over public proxy so you can expect from them everything.
